Merry Christmas!!
The family putting up the Christmas decorations! I especially love Kaylynn's face and JL hiding behind the tree.
Hanna helping with the stockings. I don't think she understands what the stockings are for yet.
Justin posing as Kaylynn and I started with some ornaments.
Justin hanging up some ornaments.
Hanna liked to hang all the ornaments on the same branch.
JL had a work event in Tucson for a week. I got to go down for one night to check out the resort they were staying in. It was Ventana Canyon. They had a nature trail around the resort.
This was a waterfall at the end of one of the trails. It was really pretty and they had some nice rock seating areas at the bottom to see it.
This picture is towards JL's room and then you can see Tucson down in the valley below.
Me on another trail that overlooks the valley and the rise in elevation behind.
This picture is for Grandma Carol and Grandpa Harold. This was on the backside of the resort by the trails and hallways to some rooms.
Justin and Kaylynn participated in their Christmas sing along for school. Their school music programs are very interesting and not really a performance, more like controlled chaos and loud music playing on the PA.
Justin and the other 2nd Grade classes.
Kaylynn and the other Kindergarten and 1st Grade classes.
Gingerbread Houses!
Hanna and Mom making a gingerbread house. Hanna had more fun eating the icing off her fingers.
Kaylynn starting on her creation. She is like her Dad and takes the time to plan out where to put everything.
Hanna with her finished creation.
Justin with his finished creation. I think he ate twice the amount of candy that actually made it on his house.
Kaylynn with her "cute cottage". Her words not mine.
This is a picture of them waiting patiently before I give the go ahead to eat the rest of the candy.
Grammy gave us "reindeer food" to put out for Santa's reindeer. The kids thought it was hilarious. All it is is oatmeal with glitter. That way the reindeer can find their way to your home and have a snack while Santa does his work.
Christmas morning! The tree lit and the stockings ready!
Merry Christmas kiddos!!
Stocking time! This year the kids actually made taking pictures easy. They sat close to each other so they could see what each received.
JL with his stocking. Making sure the kids did not get a glimpse of his treasures.
Hanna with all her presents. We loved how she had to keep feeding her new baby with her new gloves and hat.
Justin with all his presents minus his new bigger bike.
Kaylynn and her presents. The bike in the background is Justin's.

Kaylynn has officially learned to ride without training wheels. One of her presents is that when she learned to ride without training wheels, she would take over Justin's old bike. We are going to fix it up, paint it, put a new seat and handle grips on and make it hers. Let the work begin!!
Justin on his new big bike.
Merry Christmas Everyone!!
