February Fun!

We always look forward to February.  It means that Grandpa and Grandma come to visit!!  We always start the trip off with a visit to the Mesa Arizona Temple.
Grandpa Harold, Uncle Donny, and Uncle Kenny.  We had to take a picture of them together to show off all the clean faces.  Grandpa is clean shaven because he is in the Bishopric in Grand Jct, Uncle Donny has always been clean shaven, and Uncle Kenny has recently become clean shaven to be a Temple worker.
 Dad and I.
 Mom and I.
We had to drive Grandma and Grandpa by the Gilbert Arizona Temple to show them where it is located and to show the recent construction progress.  We can't wait for it to be finished.  It is only a mile away from JL's parents home.
Justin showing Grandma how he likes to do his homework.  He has a desk in his room, but likes to use the clip board instead.
Kaylynn showing off her new riding skills with no training wheels and Justin showing off his new bike.
Hanna dragging around Perdy that Grandma brought down.  It became her new pet very fast.
Hanna and Kaylynn helping Grandma shop of white shirts to send to Guatemala.
Hanna showing how she sucks on her two fingers and holds her blanket.  It is going to be so pleasurable to break her of both.
Grandma got a lucky shot with the camera.  Hanna and I were messing around and Grandma saw her chance to set me up to get a picture.
I got even and got a picture of Grandma too!  Hanna was being a giggle monster.
Hanna playing in her new sheets and comforter that Grandma got her for her birthday!
Hanna is trying to train her dog to sit and stay. ;)
 Me and my girls!
The kids favorite thing to do is sit on the 4-wheelers inside the Wally Wagon.  They sit on them while we help Grandpa get ready to leave for the desert.
Justin's new favorite game is Life.  He convinced Grandpa, Kaylynn and Dad to play with him.
Hanna tries to play, but plays the part of natural disasters that come and move the cars and steals all the money.  Grandpa is trying to contain the tornado for a few minutes.
We came up with a new game.  We have a bouncy ball and we go to the basketball court and bounce it.  Then it is a free for all to see who can catch it and then they get to bounce it.  It is actually a really good workout and get pretty entertaining as the kids try to beat each other to the ball and then Dad grabs it right at the last second.
Hanna having her turn to bounce the ball.  She cheated and threw it right to Grandpa.
The kids getting ready to run.
Justin singing the Baptism song to Grandpa and Grandma.  He is getting ready to be baptized this summer.
Our garden.  Grandma got lucky because the snap peas were right in the middle of harvest time.  She only had to fight Kaylynn for some.
Grandpa playing ball with Justin.  He was secretly giving Justin a catching lesson, but Justin didn't realize it because he was playing with Grandpa.  Now if it had been me, there probably would have been drama and some fit throwing.
I substituted Justin's class one day while Grandma and Grandpa were here.  So they brought us lunch when they brought Kaylynn to half day Kindergarten.  Grandma had to take a picture of course.

Happy Valentines Day!!
 Justin with his Valentine treasures
Hanna with her favorite part of her Valentines, a stuffed cow.
Kaylynn found a place to transport her stuffed frog from Valentine's Day.
We started looking and listening to some old songs on the computer.  Some had to do with the movie/musical "Paint Your Wagon".  One of the songs it Pass the can o' beans.  JL started singing his own version and we thought Justin was going to pass out because he was laughing so hard.  It has been a long time since we have got him to laugh like that.  It was absolutely hilarious!
JL doing to song with Hanna in his lap.  He would sing and when it came to the beans part he would hold up her bum and make tooting noises.  This is why Justin was laughing so hard.  Hanna was laughing like crazy too.  They must have done this for 15 minutes straight.  I had two side aches by the time they finished.
Justin received Student of the Month for February!  Awesome Job Son!!  His teacher Mrs. Cortez nominated him.
