Our summer activities for June include trips to the library, swim lessons, Harkins summer movie fun, and me trying to stay cool. It also includes the fun for birthdays, potty training, and being home as much as possible too.
Hanna and Kaylynn getting ready to go to the summer movie fun. Hanna is very determined to do EVERYTHING herself. Brushing her hair is one of those things.
Hanna's hair- do that she thinks is ready for everyone to see.
Kaylynn tries to teach Hanna but sometimes it is a losing battle even for her.
JL went up to Scout camp for one night and the kids decided they wanted an Arizona summer camp "in". Since its 100 degrees outside. This is what they came up with. Justin and Hanna are on crib mattresses and Kaylynn is on a toddler air mattress. We moved somethings around in the girls room and created their camp in.
Hanna found a way to hide from everyone while going potty. She wants someone to watch her but sometimes she wants you in there but not where you can see her.
Silly Hanna!
Kaylynn and Hanna watching a movie under a blanket because I am freezing everyone out. This Arizona summer pregnancy is not fun.
Happy 8th Birthday Justin!!
He got a new set of legos.
Lego Hero
He also got some summer learning activities like multiplication flashcards and a cursive dry erase practice book.
Happy Birthday!
Finally we got rain!! It is our first rain in many many months. We were soo excited and stood out in it until the lightening sent us inside. We hope we get more of these storms this year. We really need it.
Justin's getting ready for his baptism next month. He passed his interview with the Bishop and is making his final preparations. It is amazing to see how much he has grown in such a short amount of time. We are very proud of him!
