We started out by driving a really long way. We ventured out with our friends the Ludlow's to stay at Grandma Ludlow's property in Blanca, CO. We stayed there for three days and enjoyed the view, food and sitting around talking. We visited Zapata Falls while we were there too. Big thank you to the Ludlows for letting us crash their vacation/party! Then we left for Grand Junction, CO. We stopped in Creede, CO on the way to check out the old Trading Post that JL's Grandparents used to own. The kids had fun listening to JL's stories about Creede and walking around the little town. It was really fun for JL too. Then we made it to Grand Junction where we played with Aunt Crystal, enjoyed fireworks, played with Aunt Diane, went camping again, and drove Grandma and Grandpa crazy!
